I’m Jenna - the founder of Rise and Glow and an NLP Practitioner, life coach, and woman who has rebuilt herself from the unimaginable.
I don’t guide from a textbook.
I guide from lived experience, deep embodiment, and the work I’ve done to truly heal at the root.
After surviving emotional abuse, trauma, and the heartbreaking loss of my daughter, Kobi, I rose.
Not because it was easy - but because I refused to let the pain define the rest of my life.
My healing became my purpose.
My strength became my standard.
My transformation became my devotion.
And now… I’ts my honour to walk beside other women as they take their first steps back toward themselves.
Rise and Glow is here to walk beside you as you rise gently….and glow fully.
The Rise and Glow Philosophy
Rise & Glow exists to support women through evolution, not transformation.
We believe growth is not a problem to solve, but a rhythm to honour.
That healing is not linear, identity is not fixed, and becoming is not rushed.
Rise & Glow is built on the understanding that a woman does not outgrow herself —
she meets herself again and again at deeper levels of truth, capacity, and embodiment.
We do not believe in forcing change through pressure, urgency, or performance.
We believe in safety before expansion, embodiment before expression, and identity before strategy.
This work honours the nervous system, the subconscious, and the feminine cycles through which real change occurs.
Nothing is bypassed. Nothing is rushed. Nothing is demanded.
Rise & Glow is not a destination — it is a home.
A place a woman can return to at every threshold of her life.
As she evolves, the work evolves with her.
As she deepens, the support deepens.
As she expands, the container expands.
We do not teach women to become someone else.
We walk beside them as they remember who they are — and learn how to live, lead, create, and receive from that place.
This is devotion, not discipline.
Integration, not intensity.
